Terms of Service — Revenuiva AI

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between LeadFront AI ("Company") and the entity or individual purchasing a license ("Customer"). By installing or using the RevenueOS platform, Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

1. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the RevenueOS software. Licenses are strictly bound to a specific installation ID and domain verified by the LeadFront MotherShip control server.

Customer shall not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (b) redistribute or resell the software; or (c) attempt to bypass the HMAC-signed licensing system or MotherShip validation protocols.

2. Subscription Billing

LeadFront operates on a subscription model. Fees are charged monthly at the rates of $249 or $399 per location, as selected by the Customer. Billing is managed via the MotherShip control server using Stripe Billing.

3. Data Portability and Ownership

Customer retains full ownership of their SQL-structured data. LeadFront provides a Data Portability & Export Module allowing Customer to generate a complete ZIP package of organization data, ensuring no vendor lock-in.

4. Code Protection and Suspension

The software includes a "Kill-Switch" mechanism. If a subscription payment fails or the license cannot be validated against the MotherShip, the application will enter "Suspended Mode" following a standard grace period.
