Terms of Service
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between RevenuivaAI ("Company") and the entity or individual purchasing a license ("Customer"). By installing or using the RevenuivaAI platform, Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. License Grant and Restrictions
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the RevenuivaAI platform software. Licenses are strictly bound to a specific installation ID and domain verified by the RevenuivaAI control server.
Customer shall not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (b) redistribute or resell the software; or (c) attempt to bypass the HMAC-signed licensing system or control server validation protocols.
2. Subscription Billing
RevenuivaAI operates on a subscription model. Fees are charged monthly at the rates of $249 or $399 per location, as selected by the Customer. Billing is managed via the control server using Stripe Billing.
3. Data Portability and Ownership
Customer retains full ownership of their SQL-structured data. RevenuivaAI provides a Data Portability & Export Module allowing Customer to generate a complete ZIP package of organization data, ensuring no vendor lock-in.
4. Code Protection and Suspension
The software includes a "Kill-Switch" mechanism. If a subscription payment fails or the license cannot be validated against the control server, the application will enter "Suspended Mode" following a standard grace period.
5. SMS Terms and Conditions
Program: RevenuivaAI notifications. By providing your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from RevenuivaAI about your enquiry, your bookings and your account. Consent is for text messages only and is not a condition of purchasing anything.
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel at any time — you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Text HELP for help, or contact us through the form on our website. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and supported carriers may change without notice.
Your mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with third parties for any purpose unrelated to delivering the messages you asked for. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
